Eric has been personally trained and mentored by some of the biggest and most prominent coaches in the world. Among them are Brian Tracy, Jack Canfield, Patty Aubery and Gary Chappell.
Eric was a failed business owner and leader who decided at the lowest point in his life to figure out why everything had gone wrong. Having worked closely with his above mentioned friends and mentors, he spent the next several years developing what is now the Crystal Clear Coaching and Professional Development Programs.
Today, Eric is a successful and respected coach who works with his clients to achieve greater success than they have ever had before in the areas of leadership, clarity, productivity and building success habits on a daily basis.
Eric was born with a physical disability and has proudly been able to lead a normal and active life. His passion to serve his clients and help them achieve great success in their profession brings him joy and satisfaction.
